The method

Four pillars. Zero guesswork.

What holds skinny guys back is rarely the training. It's not knowing their numbers, bad sleep, alcohol, and doing it alone.

  1. Know your numbers.

You know how many calories you need to grow. We track your weekly average weight, your lifts and your photos. Scale not moving? We go up. Gaining fast and it's going to your gut? We slow down.

The scale decides, not your feelings.

  2. Simple, progressive strength.

A few lifts, done well. A little more whenever you can.

About 3 hours a week. Enough to start growing.

  3. Habits that don't sabotage you.

Sleep. Alcohol in check. Your sport covered with food.

What holds skinny guys back is rarely the training.

  4. Accountability.

I check every day that you did the work. Miss a day and I'll call it out, and we'll fix the reason.

Motivation comes and goes. Habits stay.

The physique is the vehicle.

The real change is becoming a man who keeps his word to himself.

The lies skinny guys believe

What you've been told. And why it keeps you skinny.

01 / 07

“I eat so much and I still don't gain.”

Feeling full isn't data. Being stuffed doesn't mean you ate what your body needs to grow. Most skinny guys eat a lot less than they think.

Track it. Find your number.

I ate like crazy. Still didn't gain.

02 / 07

“I just need to eat more.”

“Eat more” isn't a plan. Live on pizza and burgers and you'll gain mostly fat.

The real move

Know how many calories you need to grow.

Then hit them with real food.

  1. 03

“If I do cardio, I won't build muscle.”

Half true. Keep your football, your boxing, your padel. Eat to cover it, and keep it away from your lifting sessions.

Just cover it: an extra 200–500 calories on the days you play.

  2. 04

    “I'm a hardgainer. Bad genetics.”

Some guys have it harder. But “harder” and “impossible” aren't the same word.

Measure it, adjust it, beat it.

  3. 05

“I need to switch programs so I don't plateau.”

Switching every week is the fastest way to go nowhere.

Same lifts, a little more weight or one more rep.

  4. 06

“Building muscle means living in the gym.”

It doesn't. About 3 hours a week. Enough to start growing.

Built around your life, not the other way round.

  5. 07

    “I've tried everything.”

    You've tried pieces.

Never a system built for you, with someone checking you actually do it.

The difference

What you've tried. What we do.

It's not ability you're missing. It's a system. Red is what changes.

What you've tried What we do
Eating “a ton” and eyeballing it You know how many calories you need to grow
Pizza and burgers to “bulk” You hit your number with real food
A new program every few weeks A few lifts done well, a little more whenever you can
Dropping football or boxing because “cardio kills gains” You keep your sport and cover it with food
Living in the gym About 3 hours a week. Enough to start growing
Going by feel The scale decides: not moving, we go up; going to your gut, we slow down
Doing it alone, with nobody holding you to it I check every day that you did the work
